as well as nationwide. In particular, this one deals with home-owners facing foreclosure of
their homes. These SCAMS come in all shapes & sizes and are generated from all over
the country. NOTE: How "real" these appear, AND the fact that the WARNING is also
written in Spanish; HOWEVER-the disclaimer in fine print (at the very bottom of the page) is
NOT in Spanish. The fine print tells us that this information is of a "marketing nature" and that
